How can I recover my lost password?
Click Login in the top right corner.

How can I find my course?
If you have already registered for a course, you can find your course list on the My Profile page here:

How can I earn a certificate of training?
Once you have completed all lessons successfully and marked them completed, you will be able to click the button Print Your Certificate on the course homepage.
How can I get more quiz attempts?
Each quiz is configured to allow for a maximum number of quiz attempts.
If you failed your quiz after multiple attempts and are locked out of it, you may complete this Quiz Reset Request Form to ask your Sponsoring Organization for additional attempts:Quiz Reset Request Form
