  • How can I earn a certificate of training?

    Once you have completed all lessons successfully and marked them completed, you will be able to click the button Print Your Certificate on the course homepage.

     

     

  • How can I get more quiz attempts?

    Each quiz is configured to allow for a maximum number of quiz attempts.

    If you failed your quiz after multiple attempts and are locked out of it, you may complete this Quiz Reset Request Form to ask your Sponsoring Organization for additional attempts:
